Our staff will help to develop and teach skills that patients can rely on to better their lives and experiences. Additionally, a medical social worker will work to find proper resources to get the care patients need to sustain their quality of life. The medical social worker will consult with doctors, therapist and medical professionals to enhance the patient’s quality of life.
Dietitian
At Maple Home Health Care, Inc. offers certified dietitians to promote good dietary health and treat medical conditions by formulating a dietary plan for patients based on the latest advancements in nutritional sciences. Our kindhearted and supportive dietitians will explain nutritional issues, evaluate the effect of meal plans and change them as needed, and lastly find cost effective solutions to eating healthy.
